Summary of legal proposals on urban planning and housing for the development of cooperative housing

This document summarizes a total of 10 proposals derived from the conducted study. Six of them involve regulatory changes, while the rest do not. The presentation structure is as follows:

• First, the six proposals that require regulatory changes.
• Next, the four proposals that do not necessarily entail legal modifications.
• All proposals are presented from the most general to the most specific within each of the two mentioned blocks.
