Key Updates from the 2023 National Housing Rights Act

Following the approval of Spain’s first national housing law since the transition to democracy, legal experts specializing in Public Law and Private Law will lead a special session analyzing and explaining the law’s new provisions.

The session will take place on May 31st from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, in the Aula Magna of the University of Barcelona Faculty of Law.

This knowledge-sharing event will be of interest to legal professionals, real estate agents, companies, property owners, tenants, public administrators, third-sector organizations, academics, and related fields.
