Working Session: EU Short-Term Rental Regulation & National Tourist Apartment Rules

A working session held at UB Faculty of Law (December 12) examined tourist apartments (VUT) and their forthcoming regulation under a 2024 EU Regulation, alongside current Spanish legislation and jurisprudence. Organized by the Barcelona Chair of Housing Studies with the UB CARSEP Chair of Public Services Regulation Law.
